Job Description
Support the field service team by addressing product issues and managing major product upgrades, ensuring continuous tracking until resolution.
Extract product improvement suggestions from product problems to enhance overall product competitiveness.
Assist the field service team in completing site commissioning work effectively and efficiently. Prepare and release technical support documents, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidance materials.
Conduct after-sales AC capability training, manage supplier communications, collect data, and produce standard outputs related to AC capacity building.
Lead the development of after-sales service tools to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
Requirements: Skills:
Electrician experience with a high voltage certification.
Strong learning ability and execution skills. Project management background, preferably in the BESS industry.
