Job Description:

- Install, commission, and maintain equipment/systems at customer sites

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing repairs and maintenance as needed

- Conduct routine maintenance checks and preventive maintenance activities

- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams

- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

- Document service activities, reporting on issues, resolutions, and customer feedback

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.)

- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to travel to customer sites
