Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or related fields
  • Strong experience with: Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
  • Exposure to:Network and infrastructure environments (nice to have), Printers and peripheral devices, IT infrastructure support
  • Experience supporting manufacturing sites is highly desirable.
  • Fluent english (must)
