Field Services Engineer

As part of HyperStrong’s rapidly expanding Renewable Energy Project across the Asia‑Pacific region, we are seeking a motivated and capable Site Engineer to join our delivery and asset operations team. This role is primarily based in the Philippines but includes the potential for international deployment to other regional project locations, including Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the on‑site commissioning and operational readiness of utility‑scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, and supporting the long‑term operations and maintenance activities under a structured asset lifecycle framework.

This is a field‑based engineering role that requires a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional who thrives in dynamic project environments and demonstrates strong technical and communication competencies.
