Field Services Engineer

A recognized global company is looking for a Field Service Engineer for its team in México City.

Responsibilities / Tasks

• The Service Technician covers the service execution (field service).
• He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country /cluster service execution.
• Direct attention to our clients for the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance service.
• Properly install of the assigned equipment within the weekly planning, under high quality standards, and generate the executive report.
• Provide the client with the corresponding advice or training related to operator service routines and document the activity in the Technical Service Report.
• Provide customer support by explaining the work method prior to execution and ensuring the correct closure of it, with the field service report authorized by the client , as well as the creation of the report of key activities ...
