Field Services Engineer

A recognized global company is looking for a Field Service Engineer for its team in México City. Responsibilities / Tasks The Service Technician covers the service execution (field service). He/she is responsible for executing the strategy of the area and provide a reliable country /cluster service execution. Direct attention to our clients for the performance of preventive and corrective maintenance service. Properly install of the assigned equipment within the weekly planning, under high quality standards, and generate the executive report. Provide the client with the corresponding advice or training related to operator service routines and document the activity in the Technical Service Report. Provide customer support by explaining the work method prior to execution and ensuring the correct closure of it, with the field service report authorized by the client , as well as the creation of the report of key activities and recommendations.
