Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Mumbai. The Field Services Engineer will perform equipment installations, repairs, and upgrades, conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics on issues, and deliver technical support to customers. Additionally, the role requires conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and maintaining strong communication with customers to address their questions and concerns effectively.

Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service, including equipment installation and on-site support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Technical Support capabilities, ensuring timely resolution of customer challenges
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance procedures to sustain equipment functionality
- Strong Customer Service skills and a commitment to building positive client relationships
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Engineering degree, diploma, or certification in a relevant technical field
- Prior experience in the infection control systems or healthcare industry is an advantage
