What You Will Get to Do:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, AV/VC systems, and network-connected devices

  • Assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and video conferencing setups

  • Support inventory tracking, stock level updates, and procurement coordination for Airoli site

  • Maintain service documentation and contribute to reporting dashboards

  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues

  • Participate in onboarding and training of new hires

  • Contribute to support operating procedure updates and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with EH&S protocols and site-specific standards

What You Will Bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electronics, IT, or related technical field

  • 3–5 years’ experience in field services or desktop support

  • Familiarity with AV/VC systems (Cisco, Poly, Zoom Rooms), networking, and structured cabling

  • Basic understanding of inventory systems and asset lifecycle processes

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Fluent in English and Hindi; able to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

  • Willingness to travel across nearby sites as required
