Roles & Responsibilities:

● Installation of the Machines.

● Educate and train customers on use of machines, software and application.

● Attending Break down Calls and Troubleshooting

● First Time Resolution of the machines handled.

● Manage Spares Inventory

● Build positive relationships with customers.

● Payment Collection

Desired Candidate Profile:

● Having a experience of 15 to 18 months.

● Minimum ITI or Diploma

● Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.

● Good communication and customer service skills

● Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.

● Strong time management skills. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
