**About this opportunity**:
We are now looking for a Field Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of Field Service activities supporting other Service Functions (SF) in Operations and Engineering. When in-site activities need to be performed, you will work to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

- SLA based work
- Equipment maintenance
- Hardware circuit provisioning
- Equipment swap
- Equipment install
- Equipment shipping & receiving
- RMA processing support
- Site survey, inspection & audit
- Site maintenance
- POP escort & vendor meet

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Communications, and Electronics with knowledge in data networks (routers, switches, servers, etc.) or related field
