We are currently seeking a Field Services Technician to join our team in Ciudad de México, Colonia Del Valle - Alcaldía Benito Juarez, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Field Tech Senior Representative.
- These individuals typically have knowledge of their work area but only general
understanding of work outside their own area.
- They complete a variety of tasks which are standard and recurring.
- When the work is non(1)routine, they escalate to a manager and/or receive
specific instructions prior to completing.
- Performs basic configuration of desktop / notebook /printers.
- May assist with simple parts replacement and repair on desktops / notebooks/
printers.
- Travel may be required
- Typically requires 9-18 months' relevant experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
- Basic client service skills.
