TEKsystems is looking for a knowledgeable, experienced Desktop Support technician with a high aptitude for customer service to work in the Little Sandy Correctional Complex located at 505 Prison Connector, Sandy Hook. Candidates must also be experienced with desktop support, including but not limited to installation, troubleshooting, and repair devices in a windows-based environment. Along with desktop duties the candidate may be required to assist with security cameras, servers, and network switches. This position will provide desktop support to the Dept of Corrections staff within the Correctional Complex, but will also interact or be among the inmates as they are used for work detail, etc.
Qualified candidates must maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to lift and carry heavy objects or work in uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time. The candidate must be able to pass a DOC background check and extensive drug test prior to starting. DOC holds ...
