  • Key missions of the position:

Field Service Warranty Site Manager is responsible for managing technical warranty operations and minor

maintenance contracts at designated railway sites. With a focus on resolving field failures and ensuring

compliance with warranty terms, the role supports system reliability, customer satisfaction, and smooth

execution of service obligations in coordination with depot teams and OEMs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute technical warranty activities including fault diagnosis, component replacement, and coordination with engineering for root cause analysis.
  • Oversee minor maintenance contracts ensuring timely service delivery, adherence to scope, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of warranty claims, service reports, and failure trends for analysis and reporting.
