Field Skills Instructor

Overview

Planned Systems International (PSI) is seeking an AFSOC Air Commando Course / Field Skills Instructor to join our team at Hurlburt Field. The selected candidate will instruct the courses within the 371 SOCTS tasking portfolio and any additional training events at the request and in support of the customer. Instruction in all field skills courses will incorporate fundamentals and principles using the “crawl-walk-run” approach and will incorporate the latest battlefield Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). All instruction techniques in the courses will follow the task, condition, and standard format, which offer participants the opportunity to monitor training and gain proficiency and standardization, outlined in the approved curriculum.
