Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories.
Lead Generation & Follow-ups Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Product Demonstration Present and explain our HR tech solutions to prospective clients.
Sales Target Achievement Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth.
Market Analysis Gather insights on customer needs and industry trends.
Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of sales activities and update CRM tools.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience: Fresher / <1 year in field sales, B2B sales, or a related role.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and close deals.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in HR tech, SaaS, or software solutions is a plus.
