Purpose of the Role 

To provide ongoing support, supervision, and training to Care Professionals, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct regular field-based supervisions and appraisals of Care Professionals. 

  • Maintain accurate records using Home Instead’s care management software. 

  • Facilitate introductions between clients and Care Professionals. 

  • Foster positive relationships and provide mentorship to Care Professionals. 

  • Maintain consistent communication and support across the care team. 

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the line manager. 

  • Ensure adherence to Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity, and Equal Opportunities Policy in both employment and service delivery. 

  • Undertake further training to support Care Professionals’ development as needed.
