Field Support Analyst
who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities):

  1. The follow-up and support of the Desktop /Laptop and Mobile Devices
  2. Stock and asset management.
  3. Providing 2nd line IT support for all our internal departments.
  4. Provide guidance, assistance and follow-up on client questions, problems or troubleshooting (hardware and software)
  5. Installing and configuring PC's and peripherals on request
  6. Maintaining and improving the customer service...
