Field Support Engineer

Position Summary:  

The Field Support Engineer is responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support for data centers cooling and refrigeration technologies including its instrumentation systems, controls and Building Management System (BMS) communication interfaces. This role ensures optimal performance, integration, and troubleshooting of field devices and control systems across customer sites.

Essentials duties and responsibilities:     

Start-up, configure, and commission DCT cooling equipment including its instrumentation, control and BMS communication systems.

Oversee clients cooling systems installations.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and product issues for DCT cooling products related to field devices and control systems.

Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.

Provide operational support and manage emergency calls.
