  • Performing system troubleshooting for Tetra system components at the Switch and at the Sites

  • Performing system (software and hardware) field maintenance and technical support routines

  • Performing system software and hardware upgrades

  • Exchanging faulty or malfunctioning units

  • Providing remote technical support for customers and other Motorola engineers

  • Installation and commissioning of Tetra products and other related products

  • Supervision of Motorola’s subcontractors’ activities

  • Providing feedback to the team regarding any technical field observations, defects, trends, etc.

  • Supporting other Motorola Tetra projects in the Nordic & Baltic regions when required
