We are currently seeking a Field Tech Analyst - ITSM to join our team in Perth, Western Australia (AU-WA), Australia (AU).

Role & Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary POC for a team of operational & professional level team members
• Work is guided by operational and project objectives and measured on CSFs & KPIs aligned to the same
• Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and assists to drive performance of the team
• Assigns and drives daily deliverables for a larger field service team or a supplier
• Regularly coaches and mentors peer team members
