•Technical background or experience in telecom, electrical, or related field. • Valid driver’s license. • Physically fit; able to carry ladders and work in tight spaces. • Basic digital skills — using a smartphone or tablet for field updates. • Skilled in Fiber Optics Splicing and Termination. • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is an added advantage • Experience with fibre or broadband installations. • Familiarity with field equipment and safety standards. • Able to speak English and at least one local language. • Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

JOB PURPOSE:


The successful candidate shall support broadband installation. This involves installing internet equipment at customer premises, conducting on-site testing, and providing professional support to the organization’s clients.


The role reports to the Operations Lead.


ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:



  • Installs broadband equipment at homes and offices.

  • Performs signal testing and basic troubleshooting.

  • Uses field tools such as ladders and drills safely and efficiently.

  • Completes daily reports using mobile apps or digital forms.

  • Provides respectful, professional service to all clients.

  • Follows company safety and quality procedures at all times.
