**Summary**
This role will partner with experienced Salespeople/Crop Advisors to support the sales effort and service activities and learn the Salesperson/Crop Advisor function. The trainee will participate in a personalized training program to develop competencies in selling appropriate product and supplies to industry customers, and to learn support operations through functions such as blending, delivery, equipment setup, and maintenance.
