Job Description Job Description Description We are seeking a Field Technician II to provide exceptional IT support for CDC staff under the ITISS contract. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, assisting users in Windows 11 environments. Responsibilities include taking incoming requests, logging calls in the ticketing system, and resolving technical issues promptly to meet SLAs in a high-volume setting. You will support remote customers using Citrix and troubleshoot remote access issues, perform basic network administration tasks such as creating new users and resetting passwords in Active Directory, and provide hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices (Android, iPhone, iOS). Additional duties include configuring and supporting Mac desktops and laptops, as well as resolving printer and peripheral issues.
