As a Field Technician you will perform on-site installation and maintenance support on a variety of computer equipment and printers to assure customer satisfaction.Primary Responsibilities:- Monitor work load and prioritize service tickets- Travel in your company van to various customer locations- Troubleshoot customer problems, diagnose, resolve and/or escalate problems- Communicate with other internal groups to resolve issues- Train/share knowledge with other associates- Administrative duties include submission of reports as needed- Use of time for learning, growth and developmentWorking Conditions:- Drive company cars/vans a significant part of the day (sitting an average of 2-4 hours, occasionally up to 6 hours)- Occasional prolonged standing up to 8 hours a day- Frequent lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs. (3-6 hours a day)- Lifting and carrying items potentially 80 lbs. (up to 3 hours a day)- Pushing/pulling up to 200 lbs. (up to 3 hours a day)...
