Responsibilities

• Employ diagnostic methodologies to determine repairs required over the telephone and on site.
• Explain diagnosis and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Efficiently plan and manage repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Complete the various service documents clearly within the prescribed time.
• Order parts needed to repair and maintain equipment.
• Follow procedures for warranty work and parts crediting.
• Promote Manulift values to existing and potential clients. <...
