We’re looking for a Field Training Coordinator who understands the jobsite and knows what it takes to help crews succeed.
This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering hands-on field training that supports our heavy civil and mission critical operations.
You’ll help make sure our craft and equipment professionals have the training, credentials, and support they need to work safely, efficiently, and with confidence.
This position works closely with superintendents, project managers, safety, and our People team to keep training practical and job-ready — not just paperwork.
