Field Transportation Specialist

Job Profile Summary: Oversees and monitors transportation process improvements, system and technology enhancements, administration processes and procedures. Provides training and coaching throughout Field Transportation as well as Station operations to ensure consistent execution of Linehaul/CPC/pickup processes and resolve escalated issues. Conducts strategic analysis, develops process improvement recommendations and serves as a liaison between the Transportation regional and district teams to support an efficient and successful synthesis of Linehaul and CPC functions. Drives network linehaul and pickup performance, and directs changes to improve processes and systems.
