Project Manager – Field Management



The Field Manager enables successful delivery of projects using sampling methodologies specific to Toluna. In this role, the Field Manager starts data collection post a thorough understanding of client needs, project specifications & milestones. The role involves optimizing cost with & usage of supply in an efficient manner. Key Performance indicators will be gross margin & client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
 

Project delivery as per client expectations:

Run and confirm feasibility on assigned projects using internal tools.
Design and share sample plan
Assess and mitigate risk on fieldwork
Manage and monitor fieldwork
Raising alerts when needed
Advise on sampling strategy based on survey requirement
Associated KPIs: client satisfaction, turnaround time and quality & accuracy of sampling
 

Optimizing the usage of channels

Efficiently utilize available supply to complete the project
Focus on the respondent experience keeping in mind our capacity improvement
Avoid sample wastage on projects
invitation design, proper incentive, survey experience
Associated KPIs: quota full and abandon rate, profiling utilization
 

Keeping control on COGS

Define the usage of channels based on guidelines to optimize our cost base on a per project base Utilization of OSS as a last resource
Associated KPIs: gross margin (aggregated and on projects), cost per respondent.

Essential skills

Good communication skills – written & verbal
Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work in teams
