Overview

Fieldwork Operations Manager – Leeds. £36-£38k per annum. A nationally recognised Market Research agency is recruiting for a Fieldwork Operations Manager to be based in Leeds.

Responsibilities

• Manage Market Research Execs & Senior Execs capacity and responsibilities, ensuring best practices and continuity of projects; provide team leadership in Fieldwork Operations and cross-team projects.
• Receive & monitor facility bookings; coordinate the smooth running and management of all projects, creating projects and allocate/brief Execs to carry out to completion.
• Ensure the team understands fieldwork best practice and can confidentially support project teams to develop first-class, efficient and effective fieldwork briefs.
• Product preparation: set onsite product prep processes in collaboration with Facilities Coordinator and ensure quality standards are outlined & maintained.
