The Position

You will prepare, cook, and serve meals across breakfast, lunch, and dinner for residents and guests.Provide exceptional service when interacting with our staff, residents, and guests.Maintain food safety standards in line with company policies.Collaborate with the Head Chef to create “specials” outside the regular menu cycle.Manage the expectations of both clients and diners. Experience working in a high volume, buffet-style kitchen.Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Certificate.Passion for providing exceptional customer service.Ability to follow safe food handling procedures.Ability to maintain professional standards in a high-pressure kitchen.Ability to pass pre-employment medical with drug and alcohol screening and national police clearance.Driving licence preferred.
