Working across all sections of the kitchen, you will be responsible for working with your Team to provide the highest level of food service to our sites. Explore your creative flair on themed nights and events and enjoy consistent work-life balance on a 14:7 Fly-In-Fly-Out roster. Fulltime, fulltime roaming and casual opportunities on offer.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)

  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate within 5yrs of validity

  • Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired

  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments highly desired (volume cooking)
