Responsibilities

• Supervising a team up to 20 workers.
• Co-ordinate with the management team to ensure all personnel are working safely.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing when required.
• Collaborate with the Department Managers and project teams to ensure alignment on budgets and timelines.

Experience

• Ability to supervise a multi-disciplinary workforce (electrical and civil works).
• Electrical supervision background within the mining industry essential.
