Prior experience in Safety Advisory positions, having held responsibility for delivering overall HSEQ supportStrong and decisive safety leadership skills with ability to engage stakeholdersExperience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships, effectively bringing people along the site safety journeyHighly developed skills in communication, presentations and reportingCertificate IV in WH&SCertificate IV in Training and Assessment (highly regarded)
