• Role 1: Full Stack Developer – Backend-Heavy
  Required Skills
  • Solid experience in backend development using Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
  • Good understanding of databases:
  o Relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
  o NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Familiarity with server-side design patterns and microservices concepts.
  • Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience with authentication, authorization, and API-level security.
  • Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) to integrate backend services.
  Nice to Have
  • Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS).
  • Experience with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning.
  Role 2: Full Stack Developer – Frontend-Heavy
  Required Skills
  • Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as React.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Knowledge of responsive UI, component-driven development, and UX best practices.
  • Experience integrating frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and state management libraries (Redux, MobX,
  etc.).
  • Basic understanding of backend development using Node.js, Python, Java, or similar technology.
  Nice to Have
  • Experience with UI performance optimization and debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with design systems, Storybook, or component libraries.
  • Exposure to SSR/SSG frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.
