Your Opportunity

Our Toronto office is looking to hire a File Clerk, Administration (Contractual). This is a net-new, contractual and in-office role, comprising of following responsibilities:

Document Management & Digitization

  • Scan, digitize, and accurately track physical documents to ensure secure storage, accessibility, and proper workflow routing.
  • Maintain organized digital filing within firm systems, ensuring documents meet internal naming, versioning, and archival standards.
