Job Summary
With the support of the Scheduling Manager, the File Processing Technician will focus on organizing customer job files and queuing them for production. Leveraging their experience in process optimization and a strong background in business management, the technician will ensure that all customer jobs are processed efficiently and accurately. This role requires close collaboration with multiple departments, including Customer Service and the Programming Department, to maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The technician will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the company's commitment to security and compliance standards.l

Primary Responsibilities

+ Prioritize work

+ Work with the Process Analyst to review customer emails and files, ensuring jobs have been received, processed, and printed.

+ Queue customer jobs and ensure they are processed efficiently and in a timely manner according to customer requirements and internal standards.


+ Quality Control

+ Review job tickets for completeness and accuracy.

+ Verify that the file counts of received and processed files match client specifications.


+ Expedite process

+ Ensure that each job is processed from beginning to end by the due date.

+ Interact with, guide, and initiate follow-up and daily requirements with the Programming Department to guarantee that jobs or letters on hold are processed, created, addressed, and mailed promptly to meet client satisfaction and expectations.

+ Work with Customer Service to monitor the file automation process, ensuring issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

+ Complete any tasks assigned by Senior Management.


+ Security

+ Comply with all current and future security and compliance requirements, including specific protocols and certifications relevant to the role.

+ Familiarity with file management systems and relevant software tools is a plus.


Education and Experience
+ College degree from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent work experience.
