Role: FileNet Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced FileNet Developers with strong expertise in IBM ECM technologies and enterprise content management solutions. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing FileNet-based solutions, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and delivering high-quality business outcomes.

Must-Have Technical Skills

  1. Hands-on experience in Java , Microservices , DevOps , and messaging technologies such as MQ / Kafka .
  2. Exposure to IBM ECM technologies (FileNet, IBM Content Navigator).
  3. Ability to define and document end-to-end solution architecture for business requirements and present solutions for approval.
  4. Experience in creating high-level designs for complex business problems and guiding development teams through implementation.
  5. Define and document Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and collaborate with performance testing teams for load/performance tests.
  6. Conduct code reviews and suggest corrective actions to mitigate performance and security risks.
  7. Work closely with project management and SCRUM teams to convert business requirements into architectural and user stories.
  8. Assist functional testing teams in identifying key functional and non-functional test scenarios .
  9. Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure proper setup of load balancing, resources, backups , and other procedures.
  10. Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and provide implementable recommendations.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in leading teams of 5–7 members and mentoring junior developers.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills .

  • Ability to work independently on complex technical problems.
  • Take full or partial responsibility for technically challenging projects.
  • Knowledge of Agile testing processes and methodologies .
  • Proficiency with relevant tools, standards, and technologies.
