This role reports directly to the president and oversees all human resources activities within the company. The incumbent manages a team of experienced professionals responsible for human resources, labor relations, and payroll services.

Qualifications:

  • CRHA or CRIA title (asset)
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual proficiency
