We are seeking a detail-oriented Filling Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan daily filling activities based on schedules.
Prepare and verify packing material requests.
Supervise filling operations and ensure correct labeling.
Ensure quality control checks before and during filling.
Oversee packing, barcode scanning, and FG warehouse transfers.
Coordinate with stock team for material inspection and inventory updates.
Maintain daily filling logs and submit for archiving.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in production management or related fields preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills
Commitment to workplace safety regulations and quality standards.
