Roles and Responsibilities To anchor following responsibilities: Support and maintenance of Finacle Core Banking System. Incident management, analysis, solution and implementation. Timely restoration (Quick fix) to streamline operations till permanent solution gets ready. Comprehensive testing through functional team to ensure quality release in production. Timely delivery of product patches with proper testing to ensure minimum impact to the business. Introduce and enforce policies to reduce system disruptions and ensure maximum uptime. EOD BOD, interfaces and batch processing. User and vendor collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery. Collaboration with various IT and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless support. Comprehensive documentation wherever applicable. Compliance on bank processes and IT security policy.
