Roles and Responsibilities To anchor following responsibilities:
  • Support and maintenance of Finacle Core Banking System.
  • Incident management, analysis, solution and implementation.
  • Timely restoration (Quick fix) to streamline operations till permanent solution gets ready.
  • Comprehensive testing through functional team to ensure quality release in production.
  • Timely delivery of product patches with proper testing to ensure minimum impact to the business.
  • Introduce and enforce policies to reduce system disruptions and ensure maximum uptime.
  • EOD BOD, interfaces and batch processing.
  • User and vendor collaboration to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaboration with various IT and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless support.
  • Comprehensive documentation wherever applicable.
  • Compliance on bank processes and IT security policy.
