Job description –

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Design: Analyze requirements, create test plans, conditions, and detailed test cases for Finacle CBS features (Customer Info, Loans, Deposits, GL, Payments).
• Test Execution: Perform manual, functional, system, regression, and integration testing, executing test scripts and logging results (pass/fail/defects).
• Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and re-test bugs using tools like JIRA or ALM, collaborating with developers for resolution.
• Banking Domain Expertise: Validate core banking functionalities, accounting entries, customer data (CIF), and regulatory aspects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Project Managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality delivery.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain test artifacts, generate status reports, test completion reports, and contribute to process improvement.
• Automation (Optional but preferred): Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium/Tosca for efficiency.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience testing Finacle Core Banking Systems.
• Strong understanding of banking processes (Assets, Liabilities, Payments, GL, CIF).
• Proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
