We are seeking experienced Final Trim Grader Operators/HD Fitters to join our team at Spec Trim Civil Plant Hire Pty Ltd in Australind, Western Australia. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in the execution of our projects. As a member of our skilled construction team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and maintaining plant equipment to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Operate final trim graders with precision to ensure accurate and efficient site preparation
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs on a range of heavy-duty plant and equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform repairs as needed
- Maintain detailed records of equipment performance and servicing activities
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure the smooth running of construction projects
