Finance & Accounting Analyst

Location: Toronto Office (Primarly Remote)

About the Role

We’re looking for an Accounting & Finance Analyst to support the day-to-day financial operations of 437. This role will act as the internal owner of our finance workflows, working closely with our external bookkeeper and the COO to ensure accurate month-end reporting, smooth AP/AR and payroll processes, and a clean, audit-ready financial function.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys bringing structure, catching details, and keeping things moving behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Own the month-end close timeline and checklist in coordination with the external bookkeeper
• Review journal entries and reconciliations prepared by the external bookkeeper and prepare specialized journal entries as needed
