Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

If you are a hands-on finance professional who enjoy owning financial operations, improving processes and working closely with business teams, this role is for you. You will play a key role in strengthening financial controls and supporting management decisions in a growing organization.

What You will do

• Manage monthly financial operations including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and closing.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, collections, credit control, and cash flow management.
• Ensure full tax, statutory and regulatory compliance, liaising with auditors and tax authorities.
• Drive process improvement and automation using the ERP system.
• Work closely with operations and supply chain on inventory valuation, cost control and audits.
