Finance & Accounting Controller

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, assess performance, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasting future financial performance and monitoring variances.

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as fraud, errors, and compliance issues.

• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.

• Adhere to industry-specific regulations and standards.

• Lead and manage a team of accounting and finance professionals.

• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA certification is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
• Strong Financial analysis and reporting skills
• Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools
• Strong leadership and management skills
