Key Responsibilities / KRAs & KPIs
Accounting & Financial Reporting
- Finalization of accounts in compliance with Ind AS
- Preparation of internal MIS, financial statements, and management reports
- Month-end and year-end closing activities
- General ledger management, including AP/AR
- Bank reconciliations and variance analysis
Taxation & Compliance
- Handling TDS and GST returns, reconciliations, and assessments
- Monitoring adherence to RBI guidelines and timely filing of statutory returns
- Ensuring regulatory compliance applicable to NBFC operations
Audit & Controls
- Preparation and support for internal and statutory audits
- Coordination with internal teams and statutory auditors
- Ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness
