Responsibilities
The Accounting Admin Assistant is responsible in providing administrative support by assisting in the preparation and routing of lease contracts, amendments, and termination letters. Ensures proper documentation, printing, and notarization of contracts. Issues lease certificates, updates records, and manages merchant communications. Handles supplier billings, vendor accreditation, and purchase requisitions, including sourcing quotations. Also supports general office needs such as managing supplies, meetings, emails, and utilities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any four year business related course
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Good communication skills
- Can work under minimal supervision
- Experience in similar capacity is an advantage but not required
