Job Summary

The Finance & Admin Executive supports the daily operations of the Finance and Administration department. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating administrative and HR functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies to support smooth business operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full or partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Manage supplier invoices, payment processing, staff expense claims, and petty cash.
  • Monitor production cost entries, inventory valuation, and fixed asset schedules.
  • Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Support year-end closing, audit, and tax submission processes.
