This Government Department is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the Accounts Payable team with processing invoices as well as triaging phone enquiries.
Responsibilities
Undertake a range of financial management, purchasing, asset and administration transactional activities Learn and execute both processing invoices through Kofax as well as triaging phone enquiries from suppliers and internal customers. Follow up on inquiries explaining rules, procedures and policies to stakeholders on a range of finance, purchasing, asset and administration activities.
