Working within the Turnover Sales team, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient management of all turnover-related reporting, certification, and communication across the property portfolio. Supporting the wider Property team, you'll report into an Accounting Supervisor and play a key role in coordinating turnover data submissions, maintaining audit platforms, processing invoices, and ensuring the timely delivery of turnover certificates and schedules.

Based at the Group’s Head Office in Shirebrook, Nottinghamshire, the position works closely with global Property and Accounts teams and requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves regular communication with landlords across all subsidiaries, providing accurate and timely turnover information in line with lease requirements.
